4. User Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate website information and link requirements
• Ensure content complies with publisher guidelines and SEO best practices
• Make timely payments for ordered services
• Review and approve content within specified timeframes

Publisher Responsibilities

• Maintain website quality and authority metrics as represented
• Publish content according to agreed timelines and specifications
• Ensure backlinks remain active for minimum 12 months
• Notify clients of any website changes affecting link placement

5. Prohibited Activities

• Spammy or low-quality content creation
• PBNs (Private Blog Networks) or link schemes
• Misrepresentation of website metrics or traffic
• Automated scraping or data collection
• Reverse engineering or hacking attempts
• Fraudulent payment activities
• Harassment of other users or staff

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy
• Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension

7. Intellectual Property

Content ownership rights:

• Clients: Retain rights to provided content and specifications
• Publishers: Retain rights to their websites and platform content
• BacklinkGuide: Owns platform code, design, and branding

8. Limitation of Liability

BacklinkGuide acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• Content quality or accuracy provided by publishers
• Search engine ranking changes or algorithm updates
• Technical issues with third-party websites
• Disputes between clients and publishers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Platform abuse or harassment

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Contact the other party directly to resolve the issue
2. If unresolved, contact BacklinkGuide support for mediation
3. We will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 business days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
